Customers will settle the order in full before tickets are issued.
On the back of any cheques please write the name of any customers, any cash payments must also include the name of the person for whom the tickets are for. If you are not attending rehearsals, then please send your cheques (made payable to ELOC) to Mikado Box Office, 41 New North Road, Reigate, Surrey, RH1 8LZ.
If you are not collecting your tickets and wish them to be posted to you, please add 50p to your final total.
Once tickets have been delivered, no exchanges or refunds can be offered.
If a customer wishes to exchange tickets, they must approach other members for suitable exchanges.
