Thank you to all those who attened the New Year's Curry and Quiz Night. It was a great evening, and lovely to catch up with everyone after the Christmas break, and we raised £145 for the company - so all in all a real success!
Gemini Christmas Meal 2012 Saturday 15th December 2012
This year our Christmas meal at Gemini's in Tadworth will take place on Saturday 15th December 2012. Members Christmas Party 2012
This event will take place on Monday 17th December 2012 at St Johns Church Hall. ELOC members, friends, family and associates are all welcome. If you want to perform an act, please fill out an act submission form, and return it to Emily by Mon 10th Dec.
Summer 2012 BBQ
Thank you to Dil and Sarah for hosting this years Summer BBQ, also a special thanks to Emily and Sandra for organising this fab event. The food was fab, however one dish was amazing, so much so that everyone was asking for the recipe, it was of course Sandra's Chinese Salad, so click here to view it!
Sandra's Chinese Salad
INGREDIENTS:
3 BAGS OF PAK CHOI
100g DRIED CRANBERRIES
BAG OF CRUNCHY NOODLES (no need to cook first!..break up into small pieces and toast under the grill..watch carefully!)
DRESSING:
2 CLOVES CRUSHED GARLIC
½ CUP SUNFLOWER OIL
¼ CUP WHITE WINE VINEGAR
½ CUP SUGAR
2 TABLESPOONS SOY SAUCE
2 TABLESPOONS PEANUT BUTTER (I prefer crunchy)
Blend all dressing ingredients together, I usually use a screw top jar, shake ?? ?????? ???????? ????????? ???????? vigourously and make sure the peanut butter is well blended.
Chop pak choi into bite size pieces, sprinkle on cranberries and pour on dressing ingredients . Finally sprinkle the noodles on top.

Half Moon Walk and Bike australia casino Ride for Charity
Well done to Sandra and her daughter for completing their Half Moon (13 miles) walk from Breast Cancer in 4 hours and to Paul and is daughter for completing their 36 mile bike ride for the RNLI in 3 and a quarter hours.

Herald of Spring - Saturday 3rd March 2012 3:00pm to 3:30pm
We have been successful in securing a half hour slot to perform a selection of music from Titanic at the Herald of Spring, Bourne Hall, West Ewell on Saturday 3rd March, from 3.00pm until 3.30pm. It is now really important, having been successful in actually obtaining a performance slot, that we get the commitment from as many people as possible to attend this event so that we can guarantee the public a brilliant performance.For those of you who have not been involved before, this is a well known event that takes place annually over a whole weekend period. It draws the public in from far and wide and is a wonderful opportunity for us to showcase our forthcoming production.
Please do support this event. It is such a great opportunity to get the show advertised and we really need to do everything we can to promote it and get those ticket sales coming in! It is going to be such a fantasic show and we don't want anyone to miss out!
