This electronic form is for ELOC Members only who attend rehearsals on a regular basis and is subject to agreeing to the ELOC Box Office Policy.

Your Ticket Requirements:

By clicking on the Submit button below you are agreeing to the following ELOC Ticket Policy:

• Customers will settle the order in full before tickets are issued.
• On the back of any cheques please write the name of any customers, any cash payments must also include the name of the person for whom the tickets are for.
• Once tickets have been delivered, no exchanges or refunds can be offered.
• If a customer wishes to exchange tickets, they must approach other members for suitable exchanges.
