The ELOC Website has been updated.  Your current password for the site is no longer valid, please click on 'Read More' to find out how to request a new password.

The process is very quick and automated, simply read the steps below, then follow them through, you can print out these instructions if you like by clicking on the Print Icon at the top of the page.  Once you have been emailed your new randomly generated password, you can change it to something more memorable, again the instructions are in this item.

1. From the left hand side of the page, look for the Member Login box:

2. Click on the Forgot Login? link, the following options will appear, tick the option Lost Password:

3. Now fill in your Username and then the Email Address you registered with, now click on Send Username/Password.

4. A confirmation will now appear on the page.

5. Now click on Home from the main menu to take you to the ELOC Website Home Page.

6. Check your email, you will now have been sent a new random character password, for example 5tr0gh6h.  It can at times be hard to distinguish between a capital letter O and the number zero 0.

7. Now log into the website with your username and new password.

8. Now you are logged in, you can change the random password to one you can remember.

9. From the Members Menu on the left hand side, click on Your Profile:

10. From the Edit Your Profile page, click on the tab labeled Contact Info:

11. Now you can enter your new password in the Password and the Verify Password fields.

12. Click on Update, your new password has now been saved, remember this for the next time you log in.

13. Some people have reported that the Update or Cancel button are not showing, this is a problem with Internet Explorer 6.
